Nadi Sodhana: The Purification Of The Energy Channels. The Intermediate Series Practice, Theory, And Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy
An internationally recognized yoga instructor guides the reader deeper into the practice of Ashtanga Yoga.

Nadi Sodhana is a sequel to Petri Räisänen’s Ashtanga: The Yoga Tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois - The primary series practice, theory, and Ashtanga Yoga philosophy.

In this second book, we move on to the second, or intermediate poses, which purify the energy pathways and nervous system. The positions are presented both separately and as part of a complete practice. The reader will also gain a deeper knowledge of the multidimensional philosophy of Ashtanga Yoga and how it relates to everyday life.

Nadi Sodhana is the offspring of Petri Räisänen’s recorded interviews with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in India in 2006 and 2007.

Petri Räisänen has practiced Ashtanga Yoga since 1989. He founded the world’s largest Ashtanga Yoga school in Helsinki, and has taught in many parts of the world over the past eight years.
